These are the standard Foot Ninja used by the Utrom Shredder Ch'rell in the 2003 TV series, the Fast Forward episodes Clash of the Turtle Titans and Timing is Everything, and the Back to the Sewer episode Tempus Fugit and can be seen in the Turtles memories in the episode Identity Crisis. When Karai became the new Shredder, the Foot Ninja wore new garments. They first appeared in the episode Scion of the Shredder. Some of these Foot Ninja were brought back as zombies by the Tengu Shredder in the episode Enter the Dragons, Part 2.
