Kip Darling was a radio news announcer for the Breegus system, although it is possible he was broadcast across more areas of the Polaris Galaxy. He also had a co-anchor known as Pepper Fairbanks. During the Light-Eating Z'Grutes attack on Luminopolis, Kip and Pepper spoke about the crisis.
