Originally before a debuff Resurrection brought back the last 3 monsters you lost to your hand. It initially cost 5g however was increased to 6g after Alpha 3.2. Some time Before Beta 1.0 Resurrection was nerfed to bringing back the last 2 monsters your lost to your hand . After Beta 4.1 it was reworked to resurrect 1 of your random destroyed cards for 1G to your hand. This was due to Resurrection being deemed too powerful when used with Legendary cards.
