Captain Anthony Steven Garrovick was a Starfleet Officer in the mid 23rd century and was the Commanding Officer of the Federation Starship USS Farragut . During a mission to Tycho IV in 2257, Garrovick and 200 members of his crew were killed when the Farragut was attacked by a dikironium cloud creature. (TOS: "Obsession")
