The Kirovski Bashnya (Engl. rarely Kirov Tower, Finn. Kirovintorni) is the tallest building in Kirov, Uralica, at 650 ft. (198.12m) tall, which also makes it the tallest residential building in all of Uralica. There are 78 floors, although the lobby ceiling spans four of these, meaning that not all the space is filled up. The lobby aside, the entire building is made up of apartments that vary in size and price. One can see the entire downtown area of Kirov from the 78th-floor penthouse suites on the north and west side.
