The rank of Ambassador is a rank shared between both Brutes and Prophets within the legislative branch of the Sovereign Covenant Empire, and is right below the Prime Ambassador in hierarchy. As they mass of the legislative branch, they act as a council of debate in advising the Prophet of Decadence as for acts to pass, and also coming up with their own to debate over in hopes of sending it to the supreme Hierarch. The Prime Ambassador presides over this embassy.
