Rin Arashi (凛嵐, "cold storm") is the former Lieutenant of the Sixth Division of the Gotei 13 who defected and joined the Rogues as Captain of the Sixth Division. She is currently searching for the son she was forced to abandon as it was discovered that he was in fact the Seikōzoku that was sealed away by the Gotei 13 150 years beforehand.
