Nam-cheol Kim, also known as the Nine of Hearts, is a high-ranking member of General Kang's nuclear weapons team and one of the few men able to develop targeting systems for an intercontinental ballistic missile. Kim is found in the Northern Province of North Korea during Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.
