The Vaccan system was a planetary system. This system, located within the Cabral sector, was in an isolated region of space. A planet in this system, Vacca VI, was selected by the USS Enterprise-D as the new homeworld for a group of Boraalans evacuated from their dying planet. (TNG: "Homeward" )
