The Renard slipstream was a tactical maneuver created by the Necasian Military pilot Renard Curl during the Cruentusian War. The tactic was designed for use by the DarkBird-class attack fighter, enabling the fighter to be used against ground-based enemies. Nonetheless, only the most experienced pilots could pull it off. To perform the maneuver, a pilot would fly very low over concentrated ground enemies while simultaneously performing a barrel roll. This created an air vortex that pulled said enemies into it, smashing them together. For this reason, many enemies of the Necasians feared Curl and his squadrons.
