The Super Nailgun looks quite different in Qtest. It has one large barrel with a little tube instead of being four long tubes. The planned textures were not yet implemented, so it’s purely red when not being held. It fires an imperfectly aligned stream of Nails. It is called the Chainailgun in the readme file.
