Dalek Recon Scouts were a type of Daleks that were designed and created by Davros in the first months of the Last Great Time War. Their function was to explore battle fields and areas belonging to the enemy, and repairing broken Dalek travel machines. After the Time War their files were kept by the Inforarium, and later sold to the New Dalek Paradigm, were they were created again, with improved abilities.
