Kai Taschner is a well known German voice actor and voice director who orginated the role of Barney in the first German dub (And later reprised the role during the second dubs run in Spring und Sing mit Barney (Sing and Dance with Barney) ) Along with Barney his other credits including several Muppet productions, The Simpsons (Where he ironicly voiced Mr Rogers in a episode), Family Guy, Monty Python's Flying Crcus and many others. Kai also translated a few properties in addtion to voice acting the most noteable ones being BBC's famous "Doctor Who" series as well as Pixar's Cars
