He usually appears as something that can cause trouble such as your blind spot, a random windstorm, a distracted teenage girl, a hot babe out jogging, a puppy that has eaten the backseat, a malfunctioning GPS, heavy snow on the roof, a filthy rich executive who can't drive, a destructive raccoon, a klutzy maid, and many, many more that can only be found on the internet and then demonstrates (on himself) what can happen if you have cut rate insurance instead of Allstate by uttering his catchphrase: "Get Allstate. You could save money and be better protected from mayhem...like me!" He also seems to have readily visible damage on him from previous commercials.
