Kevin claims that he and Stacy were engaged for a long period of time, but he didn't see Stacy very often because she was a flight attendant. She is assumed to be the woman with Kevin in Season 2 Episode 1 "The Dundies" as they are sitting together. They broke up for unknown reasons other than Kevin, at breakfast, stated that the Eagles might clinch the NFC East. Stacy responded to this by stating she was done with him. Status: Broken Up
