SSFOZ is a mix of Super-Soldier Formula and Goblin Serum on a DNA level. Created by Project Rebirth II by accident when a clone of Steven Rogers and Harry Osborn's DNA was mix with Goblin Serum creating a new formula in the year 2000. A formula capable of enhancing "super soldiers," mentally and physically to superhuman levels.
