FLEETCOM Sector Seven was a subdivision of HIGHCOM based in a cluster of humanity's most distant colonies. One of four Local Interstellar Area Commands (LIACOM) established in the Outer Colonies, FLEETCOM Sector Seven's primary role was to defend the UNSC's interests in this area of space. Its capital was Escala III.
