Training-by-the-Sea are training grounds in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. They are located in Harecksburg. Gabriel can be found here. Once the party members have gained enough experience to reach the next level, they must travel to him or another instructor and pay a small fee. Gabriel will train party members up to level 20.
