Dr. Gail N. Jackson appears in The Oceanic Six: A Conspiracy of Lies. She is a gynecologist interviewed about pregnancy and child development. She states that, at sixth months (which is how far along the official story claimed that Kate was in her pregnancy), the child would weigh roughly 1-1.5 pounds, and would be quite large. Therefore, the abdomen of a woman who was six months pregnant would be notably enlarged by that point, unless she was obese. She concludes, "Kate Austen could have been pregnant, but she was not six months pregnant."
