Suitengu is a rogue shinobi during the Warring States Era; approximately 300 years after Toneri dislodged the moon from orbit and it collided with the Earth, eradicating the human race near extinction. Suitengu has two goals: to survive this war-torn era, and to bring the shinobi world to where it once was.
