The Type-3 Non Lethal Grenade or the Electricity Grenade was made by the Katakes-Robinson Company for both the UNSC and USR. It sticks to the target much like a plasma grenade but instead of exploding it sends electricity all over their body, generally resulting in unconciousness. This grenade is used for capturing people and the electricity does not spread from the target's body unless someone is touching them.
