The Corellian Exclusion Zone was a zone in the space surrounding Corellia during the Second Galactic Civil War established during Blockade of Corellia in 40 ABY. After occupation of Tralus by Galactic Alliance failed, this imposed blockade only enraged the inhabitants of the Corellian system and encouraged more systems to join the later formed Confederation. The Corellian Exclusion Zone was dismissed after fleets from Commenor and Bothawui helped Corellian military forces to overwhelm the Alliance blockade at the Battle of Corellia.
