Goat horn dust is an ingredient in the Combat potion and is the tertiary ingredient in infusing Smoke devil pouches. Players may receive goat horn dust from catching a spirit impling or opening a box of summoning ingredients (a possible reward from the Familiarisation Distraction and Diversion).
