Grace hits hard, especially if your party members stay huddled together. Try to spread them out, as she appears to be using a Shotgun, and will hit all three of your characters at once if they are too close. Use the usual tactics of hitting her with any knockdown skills you may have. Her HP should go down quite quickly.
