Nikomedes Kakadelis was a Thrace citizen and a member of the Mesan Alignment's Kakadelis Alpha line. He was a hundred and sixty-three centimeters tall, with a weight-lifter's physique, blue eyes, a slightly olive complexion, and dark, curly hair. As of 1922 PD, Kakadelis, whose family had infiltrated Thrace some time around 1600 PD, held the office of Chief Counsel, and secretly belonged to Albrecht Detweiler's inner circle of the Alignment. He was a member of the fifteenth generation of that line on Mannerheim. (HH12)
