Cardinal Village is a secretive and secluded village found in a cavern on the right from entering the grand line. It is the only cavern known on reverse mountain, and bares no relation to the World Government. It is rumored to have been founded by the King of Sahara Island, Oberyn Ra. The Village thrives through an unknown method of import and export with Sahara Island. It is lowly populated and mainly comprised of retired engineers and fishermen. Presumed to be a quiet and useless village by most, it is rarely visited or occupied by the likes of pirates, bandits or marines and as such, has managed to stay off of the map.
