Maria de la Soledad Ibañez y Bermudo (2211-2263?) was a Starfleet line officer, of Filipino descent, in the 23rd century. She was the first commanding officer of USS Accord, beginning in October 2256. (Star Trek: Accord: "Year One", Star Trek: Shadowstar Station: "Soledad") By the early 23rd century, the Philippines's economy depended on tourism, pelagic farms, picotechnological research and the manufacture of geothermal energy convertors.
