Abigail Cook (1969-1986) was a prostitute working in Miami under the name Florence Italy. Her usual companion was Blondie, a tall African-American transvestite hooker. In 1986 she was picked up in an unmarked Porsche 926 Carrera, presumably a driver in town for the Miami Grand Prix. She was later dumped in the street, dead, out of the car after police began chasing the car. It was later revealed the killer was race car driver Frank Tepper, father of Danny Tepper, whose car Frank was driving, leading police to suspect Danny as the killer.
