Nasty Headache is an achievement and trophy in the video game Shadows of the DAMNED. It is obtained by using any firearm excluding the Big Boner rifle to perform five headshots in a row on demons. As an achievement, Nasty Headache is worth 20 Gamerscore, while its trophy is bronze. While the Big Boner cannot be used to earn this meta-award, there is another in the game, A Hole in your Head, which is given for five consecutive Big Boner headshots.
