The vorchek was a family of the genus Wyvrae, a group of flying, cold-blooded creatures, native to Malastare and Advan. It contained creatures that were generally unique to reptilians. They had scales that were smooth, and also had a warmer blood temperature. This may have been because of their northern range. They were considered Sentient, except the fact that only few people could understand it. They communicated via expressions and some sounds. They could, however, understand people.
