The New Amsterdam Public Wizards' Library is a public library housing books of a magical nature, located in the territoriy of New Amsterdam. Books held at the NAPWL are available through the Interlibrary Loan Program to, among other institutions, the Charmbridge Academy. Alexandra Quick borrowed books from the NAPWL during her sixth-grade year.
