This is a list of mayors of the Metropolitan Borough of Hackney 1900-1965, and the London Borough of Hackney from 1965. Since 2002 Hackney has had a directly-elected mayor as head of the executive. The ceremonial and civic functions previously performed by the mayor and now carried out by a speaker.
