Theo is the grandfather of the five Bellflower children, and the father of Papa Bramble. The character was first mentioned, and appeared late, in the second Beechwood Bunny Tale, Dandelion's Vanishing Vegetable Garden. Throughout this book, he was not mentioned by name, but only by "Grandpa." He wore a red-and-yellow checkered shirt, a white hat with a blue flower on it, and light pink suspenders. Theo has also appeared in the TV episodes "Slide On," "Dandelion and the Baby Groundhog," and "Hairy Nanny."
