Sickened by the Burmecians' dedication to war, a separatist group left the Realm of Eternal Rain and founded a new city in a giant tree to the west. In spite of this feud, the two nations are on reasonably good terms, and offer the Burmecian King refuge following the attack of the Black Mages. Most of the Cleyrans perish in the siege of the city, though it is possible for Zidane Tribal and Sir Fratley to save a few citizens.
