Actor Ranj Nagra appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly in October 2008 as the Solicitor that was representing Becky Granger after she'd been arrested and taken into Weatherfield Police Station for questioning on the charge of assault; and he returned to the programme in November 2016 as the Imam who officiated at the marriage of Zeedan Nazir and Rana Habeeb. His other acting credits include roles in Hollyoaks, Grease Monkeys, Cold Water, The Third Woman, Bar Stewards, Bases Loaded, Tash Force, A Bunch of Idiots, Heaven on Earth, Sacrifice and Nightmare in Suburbia.
