The DX Annihilator Network was a droid criminal organization that operated on Nar Shaddaa in the years of the Cold War. DX-TX served as the primary hub of this group who later joined forces with Godoba the Hutt and the Nar Shaddaa Labor Alliance to form the Shadow Syndicate. This faction was being courted by the Imperial Diplomatic Service into forming an alliance with the Sith Empire. However, Ukabi of the local Exchange opposed any alliance with the Syndicate or the Sith thus instigating hostilities against the factions on Nar Shaddaa.
