Emergency Evacuation(緊急避難Kinkyū hinan) is a cutscene in Resident Evil Outbreak File 2. It is played at the start of the "underbelly" scenario. The scene is unlocked in the game's Collections menu by completing the stage, and costs 500 points to purchase.
