Minister of Finance, or Rebel Finance Minister, was a title held by one of the six members of the Alliance Cabinet of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Senator Nower Jebel of Uyter held the title and had a seat in the Alliance High Command around the time of the Battle of Scarif in the year 0 BBY. Rebel Sergeant Jyn Erso thought the title was "rich in potential for mockery." About a year after the reorganization of the Alliance into the New Republic, in 5 ABY, the title was still held by Nower Jebel, who became a member of the new Galactic Senate.
