The Race::1999 Labor Day 100 was a CRA Kendall Late Model Series event held at Track::Winchester Speedway on September 6, 1999. Just one week after finishing last at Anderson, Bull Baker nabbed his only 1999 victory. He held off Kenny Tweedy for the victory while eventual season champ Brian Ross was 5th.
