The Head of Santa School is a man who works at the Springfield Mall as a personnel director and the head of Santa School. As Homer Simpson attempts to get a job as a mall Santa, the director interviews Homer, asking him if he likes children. Homer then begins to ramble on, diminishing his chances. Homer senses his vice, and quickly corrects himself by saying that he loves children. The Personnel Director then congratulates him for being accepted, assuming that he completes Santa School.
