When Roger gets a delivery in "Roger Passes the Bar", he complains that the cost has gone up, and then realizes that he has been sent an artisinal brew of Autumn wheat. Combined with a stressful day, Roger has a heart attack, changing into several personas right in front of Ted before he demands that Ted call an ambulance and quit staring at him.
