Brian Donley is a former NASCAR driver from Edgewood, MD. He competed in four Nationwide Series events in his career. Donley's debut came in 1994, when he competed at Dover. Starting last (42nd) in the field, Donley fell quite a few laps down but kept out of trouble to record a respectable 27th place finish. Donley then ran both Dover events in the 1995 season, driving for Laugeni Racing. Starting 42nd in the spring event, Donley crashed just eight laps in and finished last (43rd). He fared just a little better in the fall event, falling nineteen laps down in the race and finishing 30th.
