Bugharz gro-Ular is an Orsimer Barbarian who resides in the region of Sheogorad located within Morrowind. He is found west of Mzuleft at a statue of Malacath with three other Orsimer, Urzog gro-Shadbuk, Glob gra-Ghasharzol, and Murzol gro-Ulfimph.
