The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) is a standardization organization that develops technical and operational standards for the communications industry. ATIS' offices are located in Washington, D.C. ATIS is a member of the International Telecommunication Union’s telecom and radio sectors (ITU-T and ITU-R), an Organizational Partner of the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), and founding member of the Global Standards Collaboration (GSC). ATIS is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
