Just D. Nebula (正当D·星雲 Seitō D· Seiun) is a citizen of Aspara, and thus is one of its many famous artists. He is also the biological father of world renowned Marine, Blade D. Kris, of the widely known and respected Blade family, the uncle of infamous pirates, Jolly D. Chris and Jolly D. Hope, and the brother-in-law of the revolutionary, Jolly D. Mona. Much like many other artists of Aspara, Nebula and his wife were enslaved by the tyrant, Majestic T. Decaden almost ten years before the start of One Dream. Albeit, little else is known of Nebula and he is currently implied to be dead.
