Jek-14 piloted a Jedi Scout Fighter when Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Rusty, and the Padawans went to retrieve the holocrons from the Jedi Temple during the rise of the Galactic Empire. He would fly it again after the Battle of Yavin when Luke Skywalker lost the holocrons to Darth Vader.
