Dallan has a large sword and frilly gauntlets. They allow him to lift his MASSIVE SWORD. Dallan is also a member of the Scarlet Crusade, and serves as the butt end of Commander Zanthius's poorly rendered art. Did I mention his sword is frickin' huge? Dallan is also, in fact, strong - unlike Balen. For Dallan has facial hair, and thusly, his chin is not weak - unlike Balen's.
