Ilthanis is the king of the elves, appearing in the Arrow's Flight scenario in Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Price of Loyalty. The soldiers from the Empire come across an old elf sitting on a rock in a glen, pounding on the shackles on his feet with a stone. They help him remove them, and he tells them that he is a deserter from Drakonia's army, and that she has enslaved all the elves to support her. He leaves, leaving behind his Ice Cloak. In later scenarios, all elves and grand elves that the soldiers encounter will join them, and Ilthanis will send them a small, daily tribute of wood.
