As a vampire, Payton will have enhanced strength and stamina, and will be able to run so quickly he will appear to vanish, called flitting. His agility and reflexes will also be improved, and his senses will be enhanced. He will be able to sense and track other supernatural beings. Additionally, he will heal rapidly from any injury, will never become ill, and will be immortal once he is an adult. Before then, he will age and mature quickly, meaning that he will be an adult when he is only 5 years old.
