The Ryora National Trainer's League simply known as the RNTL by most is the regional Pokemon League of the Ryora Region. In order for trainers to be able to compete in the RNTL they must earn eight gym badges from any gym regulated by the Pokemon League within the region. Every May, the Ryora National Conference, the Pokemon League competition of the RNTL is held. Whoever defeats the league earns the right to challenge the Elite Four of the Ryora Region. Those who place within the top ten of the Ryora National Conference are told the location of the Ryora Battle Frontier.
